I have a client on RIO. There Laserfiche server is 9.1.1. The Server OS is Windows 2008 R2 SP1. They want to upgrade to Laserfiche 10.2. I downloaded RIO 10.2 and just wanted to update the directory server (no other application at this time) It was recommended I do this 1st then after hours I was going to do the LF Server, and the rest. However when I went to update Directory Server I received this "This version of License Manager contains a redesigned Active Directory Subscription system" does this mean we will have to reassign all users and/or groups ?? Please advise. Thanks Wendi

Hi Wendi,
- Are you upgrading from License Manager 8.1 to Directory Server 10? If not, what version of License Manager or Directory Server (not Laserfiche Server) are you on right now?
- Can you include a screenshot and describe when you see this error in more details? We don't use that wording anywhere I can find in LFDS, so I need so see the exact message and when it occurs to track it down

Hi Brianna, Thanks for getting back to me. I have attached a screenshot of the message. This came up right before the install. (after these steps: License Agreement accepted, SSL Certificate Option, Laserfiche Service Settings done, Create Firewall exception was checked. Next would have been Install button, that's when the message appeared.
I have asked the client for the License manage version.
Thanks again, Wendi
