How can I add terms and conditions to a form?

I am working on a contract built in Forms, and am looking for a way to have the Terms & Conditions included for the customer to be able to read/review before signing.

Any advice?

Hi Rebekah,

You can use a Custom HTML block to display any text, such as the terms and conditions. This allows you to just input text as normal, as well as do some formatting if you'd like.

You can also use a checkbox field for users to check off in order to verify that they've read the terms.
