A customer is using cryptic login IDs so when a document has been checked out, their users are unable to see who has the document checked out.

Until it's possible to create custom preview panes in Web Access, is it possible to modify browse.js to show:

instead of

domain\2455554

?

An alternative approach would be to create a workflow which waited for a "check out" activity and updated a custom field. However, there is currently no rule to check for this.

Prsumable I could use the Audit or Lock APIs but that will greatly increase the complexity of the solution.
