Connecting to Created Profiles for LaserFiche Connector 10.2

This is the first time I have dealt with the LF Connector. We installed version 10.2. we installed the connector on the LF server and licensed it. We created a profile and all is working. What I am trying to figure out is, how other users see the profile we created.
