Our development team is investigating your issue. However, they would like for you to test the PDF in Laserfiche 10.2 to see if there is still an issue. As Raymond suggested earlier, please test with the latest Laserfiche release.

How are you generating pages for PDFs in Laserfiche? In the client, if you go to Tools>Options>Generate Pages what is it set to?

Hmm... in that case it might be something to do with the PDF file itself. Does this only happen for this PDF file or all of them?
As Mazahir mentioned above, it would be useful to see a copy of this PDF if possible. If not could you try generating pages on the same file from a different PC? If you see the same issue it might be worth raising this with Laserfiche to see if they can spot anything in the PDF file that might be causing this not to work.
