fields not populating for the database lookup

Just moved software and sessions to a new work station - the fields are not populating for the database lookup

Are you talking about Forms ? Template fields ? By moving software you mean installed the Client on a new machine or moved your server to a new location ? It will help us all knowing bit more about what is meant by the software and session, sorry it confused me so i thought i ask. From the title and area I would say something to do with Quick Fields or Scanning platform modification were done ?

Althea,

 

Assuming this is Quick Fields, you probably have to reconfigure the lookup and make sure the lookup is pointing to the right location.  When we move Quick Fields from one workstation to another, it helps if you try to mirror everything the same as far as database location, name, etc.
