empower presentation slides

I've been trying to download the presentation slides from conference and they don't seem to exist. I run into the same thing when I log into the conference site and link from my individual classes. What am I missing?

This is what appears when I use your link also. Along with the "share" button. And that's it.
Yes I am logged in, my name shows to the right of the above message .

You might try hard-refreshing the page (Ctrl + F5) a few times; in some but not all cases we've seen this allow the Download button to appear.

There is an issue with the Support Site where in certain occasions (under investigation) the Download button will not appear, even if Product Download Access role is granted. We'll update as more information becomes available.

Yes, I've seen that issue with the non appearance of the Download button. I usually refresh and failing that, I clear history or use different browser.

I find that doing a "hard refresh" (Ctrl+F5) is what is required for me. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I tried all of the above. Also signed out and back in. no go.
