We have an occasion where file folders are put on Legal Hold which restricts access in WebLink.  It would be desired to have the secure folder visible but when access is attempted, notification is given that access is restricted.  The engineering member would then at least know the folder exists and is restricted.

I have been experimenting with different security settings and do not seem to be able to get the desired effect.  With certain settings, the folder is completely invisible to the user not having permissions.  With other settings, files are visible but the following message is displayed if access is attempted:

This message looks more like a malfunction in Laserfiche than a warning that access is restricted to the file.  Is there a way to have the folder be shown and also have a message appearing stating it is restricted, rather than appear as an error?
