I want to review a workflow

Hi Everyone,

I have a workflow that is very complex and I have a meeting next week to discuss simplifying the workflow and potentially eliminating a path that has to do with an event that almost never happens.

 

I'd like to be able to say how many times that particular leg of the workflow has been used. Is there a way to see this?

In workflow designer you can search by an Activity name. As long as the mythical path has activity with a unique name, you could use that criteria along with the Workflow Name and get a search result of times that workflow has run AND hit that activity.
