Hi Guys,

1. Can we import a folder with sub folders documents into Laserfiche Web Access? I tried but encounter an error saying folders cannot be imported to laserfiche.

2. Can we generate page of an electronic files such as .Docx in Web Access? I don't seem to be able to find the option in Web Access. But i managed to find it in Laserfiche Client.

Please advise.

Folder import is not currently supported because web browsers forbid it as a security precaution.

Generating pages for non-PDFs requires Snapshot, which is only available with the desktop client.
