If the "automatically reload the next task if the same person is attached to it" option is checked in a user task, then when the next user task is loaded and the user decides to reload the page (e.g. they want to start the form from scratch), Forms loads the previous task instead of the task the process is currently on.
We noticed that this is because when this type of task loading occurs, Forms keeps the URL the same, and the GUID still points to the original task.
