Deny users to access Laserfiche App

hi,

in the Laserfiche app configuration page, admin can deny access to certain users from accessing the Laserfiche repository. my question:

How to deny forms users (Full and participants) to login from LF mobile app to forms dashboard?

Hi Dory,

Granular access controls for different interfaces, such as mobile and web client, are currently available for repository access and but not for Forms. Whilst a security feature as such would prevent a user from using the features of Laserfiche Mobile Forms, they would still be able to access Forms on a mobile device through the mobile web browser.

Note that it is possible to block specific hardware devices from being able to access Laserfiche Mobile. This could be useful for Forms participants who are trying to access Forms using their corporate mobile phones.
