Save Document with Attachments - Accumulated in one PDF/Archive

Hi ,

How the below document can be saved as single PDF/Archive which contains multiple Attachments.

I want to send the below document through Email to outside customers/suppliers which has certain attachments .

 

If downloaded it only downloads main document !!

Kindly need help on same.

The Link comes as an attachment .

 

How about the Annotation (word doc) as attachment !! (Similar not present)
