After upgrading to version 10.2 sometimes the Search activity in workflows does not populate a token for any Fields defined in the fields configuration. I am going to have to go back and replace these configurations with a find entry and retrieve field values if I can't find a solution.

Here is the breakdown.

I have a search activity with a single field defined "Place in Dir"

When the workflow runs, no token is created named "searchforuploadssubmittedwithjobsubmission_place in dir".

The time the activity ran was 6:45pm yesterday.

For entry ID: 8446, the first one found, it was created on 6/3 and has only been modified during creation. In Audit Trail the entry shows only 2 metadata field entries on 6/3 by the Forms user. You can see that Place in Dir field was populated with the data "Subcontracts"

Here is another workflow running the same search task today and finding the same entry, then populating the token for Place in Dir. It is truly random. Notice that the template name token and the result count are also missing from the screenshot above.
