When doing a Field search, when the user decides to remove a field from the search, it is still visible?

Hi All, 

 

Users are seeing this often during searches within Template fields? 

When a user has selected a field from the Field Search Option as seen below: 

 

Then they go to Choose Fields > and unselect the field and press OK. The field is still selected? and still visible? and they have to go into the Choose Fields > And unselect it again. 

 

Sometimes they need to do this a few times until the field is unselected? has anyone seen this happen before?

I have not seen this before. Which version of the client are you using? Which version of Windows do you see it on? Can you reproduce it on more than one machine?

LF Client - 10.2.0.897. Yes, it can be reproduced.

I tried this on a 2012r2 machine and I can't reproduce the problem.

Can you open a case with Laserfiche Support about this matter?

SCR 156150 has been filed for this issue. It can occur after loading a saved search that involves independent fields and then trying to remove one of those independent fields from the search pane. It can take a few attempts before the field is removed.

We'll update this thread when the issue is addressed.
