I can't access Empower Slides

I registered for Empower on another account (using my bosses personal email) because I was hired the week before the conference.

Is this the reason the download to the empower slides doesn't work for me?

Is there something I'm missing to access the slides? I created this account because I was unable to change the email on the account I had used to register for empower.

I appreciate your help!

Hi Kevin, you'll need to request the role for Product Download Access from the Support Site.

Yesterday at 5:19pm I received an email from Laserfiche saying that I was granted download access, then another email immediately after that one saying my access was revoked.

I submitted my request but there was nowhere to put any explanation...

You'd have to contact your user admin or whoever you'd sent the request to; we at Laserfiche do not assign the roles directly. In looking at your support site account, it seems the request is pending.
