Font size issue in Office Plugin

Please check out the font sizing a spacing below. I have a single users experiencing this on their surface tablet. Anyone know what Windows Font setting affects this?

Perfect thank you. We will give it a try but I know you are on the right track because after sending this to their IT staff they mentioned that there are other applications that are affected not just the Laserfiche dialog box.
