Question

User synchronization is already in progress. Please try your request again later. OK

asked on March 9, 2017 Show version history

I've been trying to sync Forms for the last hour and a half. I've rebooted the server and tried again but it's not working. It normally does not take this long. I'm only trying to sync 5-6 users. I did do an update to 10.2 about 3 weeks ago. This environment is not live yet. Any ideas?

Please restart Laserfiche Forms Routing Service to stop the synchronization in progress  and then run the UserSyncClient.exe under  C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\bin to see what message it shows during synchronization.

Hey! This exact same thing happened to me after one of my 10.2 upgrades. It went away on it's own after a reboot, I know that's not much help in your case but I can confirm that it appears it's something with the new version.

I've rebooted the server a couple of time already, but thanks for the help! Anything else that you did, that you can remember?

I remember looking in the event logs and not finding anything, that's when I was worried it was going to be a long road to a solution. But the reboot fixed it right away.

If your forms server is on a server other than the Laserfiche Service then you could use wireshark to view the traffic. I don't know how to see service to service traffic when there is no networking involved though, would be nice.

Update: I've patched form with the update that came out yesterday and still experiencing the same issue.
