Disappearing autofill button

While working on process copies yesterday that a client made for my testing purposes, I noticed that the autofill button had disappeared. It was clearly present on the original process, and even with identical CSS and JS code the copies had no button. I got it to re-appear simply by changing the related lookup rule, changing it back, then saving. I thought maybe it was an isolated issue, but saw the same thing happen again for the same client today.

Was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and if it was fixed in a later version. They have version 10.1.0.642.

It's very possible. There are two autofill buttons on the form. One corresponds to 3 fields, one to 2 fields. The one with 2 fields hasn't had a problem.

Can you share how the lookup rule is configured? I tested with match 3 fields then fill another field, then copy the process, the auto fill button is still there.

It is "Match 3 fields then fill 20 fields"

I can't reproduce it with 10.2.0.834(Forms 10.2 Update 1). Can you open a support case by providing the process in question as well as the screenshot of the lookup rules configuration?
