Workflow 10.2 -- Cannot Get Template Name Using Find entry Value

Hi,

I have a workflow where the first action is to assign the Global Entry ID to a token. The next action is to find the entry, using that value. The entry is found but the template name is blank

Should the Global Entry ID contain the entry ID of the same entry that is calling the business process? Or, How would I go about getting the Entry ID and the entry template Name?

I figured out the problem.

I was attempting to retrieve the template name from "%(FindEntry_Template Name)". I need to retrieve the template name from "%(FindEntry_OutputEntry_TemplateName)"

The entry ID is already a token, you don't need to assign it to another token. It is the ID of the folder or document that starts the workflow.

As for Find Entry, did you check "template name" under Additional Properties?
