asked on March 9, 2017

Has anyone had any experience integrating with Veterans Services Bell Data software?  We are about to deploy Laserfiche for our Veterans Services department who is now using this software.

Yes, the Connector is an easy way to achieve a certain level of integration with other enterprise applications.  The Laserfiche SDK will also give you programmatic access to the Laserfiche server and any attached repositories.  With the SDK and the appropriate development tools and expertise you can build anything from simple to complex integrations.  If you need that level of integration you can also contract with a Laserfiche PDP (Professional Developer Partner) to potentially build the integration for you.

Sorry, I should have given more details.  The would like for workers to be able to pull up client files store in Laserfiche from Bell Data.  I have been doing some reading and it looks like Laserfiche Connector will accomplish this and be the easiest way to implement it however, it is not in their budget to purchase at this time.  So I have been asked if we can design a custom integration with Bell Data.  Right now I am research it see if it is even possible without Connector.
