Hello,
We have a user who has an issue when trying to click on the Electronic File Pane in the Laserfiche Client. When she does this, she see's the message, "Unable to view electronic files".
She is able to log into another machine and then into LF and not have this same issue. She has already had a repair/re-installation of both the client and Adobe on her machine.
Does anyone have any insight on this or has seen this before?
