Not able to view PDF Files in Laserfiche

Hello,

 

We have a user who has an issue when trying to click on the Electronic File Pane in the Laserfiche Client. When she does this, she see's the message, "Unable to view electronic files". 

 

She is able to log into another machine and then into LF and not have this same issue. She has already had a repair/re-installation of both the client and Adobe on her machine.

 

Does anyone have any insight on this or has seen this before?

Is the actual error message

Unable to display the electronic file type for this document

We've had this issue reported in the past and it seemed to be Windows profile specific. Meaning that if another user logs into Windows on the affected PC, then they would not have an issue. Is that something you can confirm?

We want to know if the problem affects all Windows users on that specific PC or if it's just the one user.

Can the same PDF file be viewed outside of Laserfiche, natively in the Adobe application?

Lastly, if you uninstalled the Adobe application and then installed a different PDF reader like Foxit Reader, is there an issue in Laserfiche for that user on that PC?
