We updated to Laserfiche Web Access 10.2 yesterday and now we are having problems with autoscrolling in the Chrome browser. Whenever we do a search that returns thousands of results and then try to scroll down the screen line by line it begins autoscrolling. We have tested scrolling in IE and Firefox and scrolling works as expected. The issue is only occurring in the Chrome browser. We are using Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit). Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Question
Autoscrolling issue in Chrome browser after updating to Laserfiche Web Access 10.2
Answer
For context, this is the feature that is now enabled by default in Chrome 56. You can turn it off in Chrome by going to chrome://flags/#enable-scroll-anchoring

This appears to be a bug in Chrome 56 and its handling of scroll anchoring. Older versions of Chrome (<= 55) should work in addition to Firefox and IE that you've confirmed.
We've filed SCR 154376 internally to workaround this issue in the next release of the web client.

This resolved the issue. THANK YOU!
this also worked for us as well! thx for sharing!
Was SCR 154376 resolved in the 10.3 Web Client? I don't see it referenced in the release notes?
Thanks,
The records indicate it was fixed in 10.2.0.168 and 10.3.0.122.
Great! Thanks Brian.
