Hello Mohammed,

Thanks for your question. May I ask if the question is from an existing customer looking to expand their use of Laserfiche to different departments, or an informal inquiry from a prospective customer, or an RFP?

If it is an RFP, please contact your regional manager so that your question can be forwarded to our Pre-Sales department.

For many of the technologies listed, the answer is more nuanced than a simple Yes/No. Some clarifications may be needed from the customer. This is why the regional manager will need to know where the inquiry comes from, and what stage of the sales process this is in, in order to provide an accurate answer.

That said, the answer for CCITT Group 4 Fax is a solid Yes. Kofax can be used with Laserfiche Scanning and Laserfiche Quick Fields.

ODMA is probably No. We would like to ask the customer why they would want to use ODMA, and how.

Even there are some No's, there may be equivalent or better technology available for integrating Laserfiche with the customer's environment. This is why clarifications from the customer will be needed.
