I am trying to create a goal creation form. But the employee's supervisor would need to have access to all their employee's goals. I am wondering what's the best way to accomplish this without teams. Because one supervisor could have 39 employees and that would junk up their forms. Is there a way to give them access to just their employees submissions?

Answer
In Forms 10.2 reports now have data filters that can be used to filter data in the report based on a variables value. If the you can pull in a distinct value to the form that you could use to say this is Manager A's employees, and this value means Manager B's, you could create different reports with the data filters for each one and only give that manager access to their report.

You can set the supervisor as the process admin so that he can check all the submissions from the instances table.
Yes but We have multiple supervisors. Every supervisor should have access to all the employee goals. Sorry for the bad explanation but this is a sensitive HR document. I think I found the way but I need 10.2. I can create a report based on a variable and give the supervisor access to their report. Correct?
