Workflow Admin Console and Designer Crashing

We have a computer setup for a user that works with Workflow and we recently needed to upgrade the computer with a solid state drive so we had to reinstall windows along with all of the programs that were used before. After installing Workflow, it seemed to be working correctly for a few weeks but then started crashing when you try to load Workflow Administration Console and Workflow Designer.

The error code says "Workflow Designer has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program." Then it give you the option to close the program. 

From what I can tell all other Laserfiche programs are working correctly and we have no other Laserfiche users reporting this issue with Workflow.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Workflow and receive the same error. I have attached a screenshot of the crash.

Any help or ideas on what could be causing this would be appreciated!
