Laserfiche Connector Activation issue

hi all

I activated the Laserfiche connector 10.2 but still, it shows product is unlicensed 

for more information, i am attaching screenshots.

 

 

I am not able to trace what is wrong..need help to solve the problem.

Hello Huazhen,

after I shut down my system and restarted system solved the problem.
