Having trouble with the email function in LF Forms 10

I cannot get the email function to work when sending to an email address outside of our domain.   It works properly when going to an email inside our domain.  Any suggestions on how I can fix this? Is there a feature that you need to be able to post a public form and correspond with them by email.

It sounds like there may be some restriction on relaying messages using the configuring outgoing mail account. If the instance is suspending you can check the instance error log in Instance Monitoring for more details; I would expect you'd find an SMTP error code and message which your mail service administrator can use to isolate the issue. I would also recommend checking SMTP settings and logs for the configured outgoing mailserver.
