Does anyone know if Forms tables has an option to assign data found in previous row, when a new Row is added?

We've built a form for a client that has a table for inputting a list of dates and values.  It would be nice if when they added a new row, the column values would automatically assign the same value as the row before and the client would only have to change the date or values if necessary.
