We are attempting to import a multi-page PDF file into our Laserfiche repository, but each time we drag and drop the file we receive the following error:

"Error Code: 6000

Error Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Invalid pointer [6000:0x80004003] (Invalid pointer)

We are able to import other PDF files into the same folder but get the above error whenever we try to import the file in question, regardless of which folder we try to import it into.

We are on version 9.2.1.526 - any help would be greatly appreciated.
