Can you create a workflow that synchronize folder from different repositories?

I want to create a workflow or any kind of process that will allow me to synchronize folders from different repositories. I want it to sync files and folders when someone add, change or delete files or folders in one folder it will update a folder in another repository.

Workflow has a Replicate Entries activity that should help you get started:

This activity copies Laserfiche entries from one Laserfiche repository to another Laserfiche repository.

Thank you for that info, it works and when I manually run the workflow, it do what I want it to do, but I can not seem to get it to start by a new entry or change in the folder that I made it start in. Any ideas on how to get it to kick off when there is a change in the folder? I try about 20 different thing in the Rule manager to get it to start and work, but no success.
