Could not get Firefox tab

Connector Version 10

Client is using Firefox ver. 51.0.1 to view a patient's EMR and then use the icon created by LF Connector 10.2 to retrieve all associated records from the Laserfiche repository. Connector profile worked only once and then threw an error message that reads:

"Could not get the firefox tab. please refresh the page and try again." and that is verbatim.

Hit F5 to no avail. Has anyone encountered something like this before?

Hi Jerry, which method are you using to grab a patient's EMR, the UI automation or the javascript?

Hi Jerry,

We figured out a window issue on Firefox 51.0.1. But we don't know if your issue is the same. Could you please open a support case?
