Field groups of Dynamic Fields in Web Access Client

I have dynamic fields setup to have multiple values, so I setup Field Groups for the template. The dynamic fields work perfect in Laserfiche Client 10.2 but when using the Web Access Client, the fields just show a spinning circle with the "Loading" message when I hover over the field with the mouse, and the list never populates. I have verified this on 2 different systems with both IE 11 and Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit).

Does this happen with the child field, the parent field, or both?

How many values are in the parent and child field?

Are there any errors in the Web Client event log (set to Informational in the config page, go to c:\programData\Laserfiche\WebAccess\EventLogs)?

If you press F12 in the browser before reproducing, do any errors pop up in the console?

Ryan,

This happens with the Parent and Child fields. I have 3 values in the parent and child fields in one system and 244 Parent and child values in another. There were no errors in the console. I'm attaching the Web Client event log and a screenshot of what I'm seeing.

Hi Craig,

We haven't had any luck reproducing the issue internally. Could you open up a case with our support team?

When you do, it would be useful if you included the following:

A fiddler trace taken while reproducing the issue.
Screenshots of the template properties and field/template security for the dynamic template in question, to make sure we're reproducing the steps correctly.
A CSV or spreadsheet of your external table that we could use to create your exact dynamic template.

As an update, this issue has been fixed and tested in the latest released Web Client 10.2.1.

The original issue occurred when the template contained multiple fields before a multi-valued field group that contained dynamic fields. After installing Web Client 10.2.1, dynamic fields should work as expected in this scenario.
