Forms Error

asked on March 1, 2017 Show version history

I get this error probably twice a year. Any idea why this keeps happening. Now my form is stuck in a workflow process. I don't want to stop it because I won't be able to resubmit. Please help!

*Update* Workflow was terminated but the Form still shows it as running.

What the status of the workflow service task? Is it suspended? If it is in progress, we can provide script for you to set it to suspended then you can retry the instance which will run the workflow again, is this OK for you? If this work, please open a support case with your backup database, so that we can provide the script base on your database.

It's still in progress...I will get my VAR to open a case up.

Where can I just print the form and stop it? Do we have that option?

I just stopped it. It's not worth it opening up a support case. We are upgrading in a few weeks. It's easier for us to address this when our VAR comes out.
