Does anyone know why Quickfields decides to put the name of the token in the field?
So when one sets up a document class, and selects a template for a document class, you then create OCR zones or other ways of creating tokens in your page processing...
You then go to that document class and assign those tokens to your fields... its pretty simple.
However when one of my processes doesn't seem to capture a value... sometimes I get fields with the token name (eg. %(mytokenname)) in the field with a nice big underlined error telling you something isn't right.
Strangely in the same document where I have assigned tokens to the fields ... and they didn't find anything... they are blank...
My preference would be if the capture process didn't find anything leave the field blank ... not to put the %(mytokenname) in the field - which invariably will not meet the requirements of being uploaded to the Laserfiche repository because of the field constraints.
Any all comments appreciated.
And yes this is running on the most recent version as of today 1st March 2017.
Thanks Daryl
