Question

Form saved to repository as pdf is missing theme logo? If saved as .tiff the Logo appears.

asked on February 25, 2017

Using Forms with RIO version 10.1, I've created a customized theme to include the company Logo.  I must save the Form to the repository as a PDF to enable hyper links but the pdf is missing the logo image.  Saved as a tiff the logo image appears.

Any suggestions to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

What URL are you using for the logo? If you can reproduce it stably, can you open a support cause with exported process?

Not sure I understand the question?  I'm using Laserfiche Forms Version 10.2.0.774 with Laserfiche Server Version 10.2.0.839 and have created a "Customized Theme" which I have uploaded an image using the feature to Upload Logo.  So the logo is embedded in the theme attributes and not being called up via a URL

The Forms process saves to the repository with the option to save form as PDF instead of the default tif format.

The issue is reproduced every time I run the process.

Only an issue because I need to save the form as a pdf.  If I could save the form as a tif it wouldn't be an issue.  Unfortunately, I must save it as a pdf  because there is a hyper link in the form which will only work if the document is saved as pdf.

Hope this better explains my issue.  I'm not sure it's a support thing or just a known problem with pdf files?

I was unable to reproduce with logo on the form and then save to repository with pdf with Forms 10.2.0.774. Can you open an support case by providing the process that can reproduce this issue along with the logo image?
