Not able to see all AD users when Adding Users in Quickfields Admin Console

We have recently had our Laserfiche  improved to install Quickfields Server (Ver 10.0) and when attempting to add users, the list of available AD users is not complete.  We cannot see where there are any options to verify what the LDAP or AD connections are.  Can someone direct me to where the QF (Server) Admin Console configuration looks to for the AD connectivity?

The details of this connection are not exposed. Do you know if the users that aren't being found have anything specific in common that differs from other users that are being found, e.g. user attributes or location in AD structure? Otherwise, I recommend asking your VAR to open a support case so we can find out more. 

 

Edit: Upon further investigation, I also recommend first applying the Quick Fields 10 Update 1 patch or upgrading to Quick Fields 10.1
