Quick Fields Agent Error

After running a session in quick fields, I went into the Agent Admin and took a look at the History. I noticed that this particular session started running then the error shows up:

I am trying to find out what the "RPC server is unavailable" error is and what does it mean, how do I fix this? 

Currently we are running QF9.  Any help or insight is greatly appreciated:)
