Laserfiche Plus 8.1 Uninstall

We are trying to uninstall Laserfiche Plus 8.1 from one of our production Laserfiche Servers. When attempting to uninstall the application, the uninstall get's stuck and does not finish. I have also repaired and then tried to uninstall again, but the uninstallation continues to get stuck. How can we uninstall Laserfiche 8.1 Plus completely from our server?

What happens if you click "Ignore"?

Unfortunately I only received the Ignore option the 1st time. Now the uninstall screen just stays stuck and will not go any further. I have let it sit for over 15 minutes now.

Please open a support case so we can get the MSI logs needed to troubleshoot the problem.
