What is the possible way to generate a monthly report on a particular form for the following categories

1. Starting time when the form was submitted

2. End time when the form process was completed

3. Person who approved the process

There is not currently a way to schedule a monthly report, but you can manually create what you are asking for.

Yes, I already tried that but it doesn't some me the completed instances.
