Laserfiche Connector 10.2 Error Importing PDF

Hi everybody

 

I just installed the latest version of the Connector (10.2.0.400) and it's not possible import PDF's documents into Laserfiche, however other documents like ".rtf" are being imported correctly.

 

I received this message

Error occurred when importing "Amir Padilla - Resume.pdf"

Method not found: 'Void Laserfiche.PdfServices.PdfExtractor.ImportPDFStream(System.IO.Stream, Laserfiche.RepositoryAccess.DocumentInfo)'.

 

Total: 1 of 1 file failed to import.

 

Is there any Hot-fix to solve this issue?

It is confirmed to be an issue in released Connector 10.2. SCR is filed for it. We'll let you know once it is fixed. Thanks for bringing this up.

Do you have the 10.2 Windows client installed? If not, that might fix the problem for you because there is a file that the Windows client installs that Connector needs.

Yes I have the client installed in the same machine, importing the PDF directly with the client works fine. the issue is only in the connector, I think Jie is right it's a confirmed issue.

The hotfix for the issue has been released! Please download the patch from KB1013833 and install it.
