I'm using one of the download templates and I want to rename the various forms it has in the process.  I can rename the actual form but can't figure out how to rename the selection of forms I use in the process.  What am I missing.

I believe the little "gear" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Forms layout designer is what you're looking for. That's where you set the "internal" name for the form within the process.
