Forms Version 10

We are running Forms 10.1. I would like to attach a link to a document (instructions for processing blanket purchase orders) on the form as part of the instructions for the form. For example, when someone is entering information on the form they would have the option of clicking on a link on the form that would open up a pdf document that describes the process. Is this possible, and if so, how?

I can think of many ways of doing this, but the most straight forward for me would be to use the Custom HTML control from the Layout tools (see screenshot).

Then you can just type what you need and link to your existing document.
