Menu Bar stuck floating

One of our users has a problem with her Menu Bar stuck in the middle of the screen.  We tried resetting the Toolbars, changing registry Floating to 0, reinstalling Laserfiche, none of these steps had fixed the issue.  Regardless where Laserfiche window is moved, that Menu toolbar stays in the middle of the screen and cannot be moved. 

Please help.

Try deleting the entire HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Laserfiche\Client8 registry key (back it up first by exporting it).

Is this the windows client? which version? A screenshot would be useful to clarify which menu is the problem.

Yes, it's a windows client, version 10.1.0.151.  It's the Menu bar that stuck in this location of the screen, and cannot be moved up or down, or anywhere else, regardless how we move the Laserfiche window.

We tried it, but the issue didn't get fixed :(

Make sure to close the LF client before deleting the registry key.

That's it!  The client was closed, but the LF session was still running when we tried the first time.  Killing the session before deleting the registry key had fixed our issue!

Have you tried wiping out her attributes in the admin console?

Yes, I just did, but it didn't fix the issue.
