Error on LF Forms using Internet Explorer

Good day, 

 

A couple of users have received the error An unexpected error has occurred. [LFF502-UnexpectedError] when submitting from Internet Explorer but not when using Chrome. We are using Forms 10.2. 

 

This occurs on 2 separate Processes

 

When I look at the event viewer it posts the following information -

Have you tried installing this Hotfix?  It fixed several issues that were causing errors like this.

Hi Ian,

Did the hotfix solve the problem for you? We got a very similar error message, but we have already applied hotfix KB1013834 for another issue, and I wouldn't want to go back in version if this one doesn't fix the problem.

Yes, it did. We have not had a reoccurrence yet
