All of our web products should work fine with compliant web proxies.  I have been recently involved in a support case where an F5 device was improperly caching some responses and would serve up an old version of a PDF document in Web Access.  We've added some additional response headers to prevent that behavior, and that fix will be widely available in 10.2.1.
