Hi everybody.

I'm not sure if this kind of settings exist but....

When I set up the template field as required and assigning the template to the file by using the import agent I need to put some data into this field. Is this possible that I can force the user that if this field is set up to 'change me' to change the value of the field at the first time file will be opened? Or user will try to change metadata?

The other option for me is set up maybe the if statement with regex expression that will not go any further if this field stays as 'change me' but maybe there is easier option...

yes you can set value in import agent to what you want and send it to a particular folder to get review

and after with a workflow you can grab that file and send it to another folder if a field is at 'change me' and from there you can create a loop that will stay in that folder till the user change the field with the value 'change me' with the proper value.

by using in your workflow process, a Repeat activity, a retrieve field value activity and a wait for entry change activity.
