I'm trying to use the Search Repository in workflow to look in a folder structure that contains sub folders for all documents.  Depending on their template I perform additional steps.  

In testing I have two folders that both contain subfolders where the documents are stored.  

The workflow only searches the first folder "22AR1" that contains 2 docs and never looks in the 2nd folder "23AR1" which contians 3 docs.  In the workflow under the Search Repository tool I test the syntax and it returns 5 entries but after the workflow runs it only returns 2 entries.  Any suggestions?  

I need WF to look in all folder and subfolders for any docs.  Help?
