Laserfiche 10.2 is now available and we have updated the Business Process Library view! The main updates are:

• Search business process templates
• Sort templates by "newest", "alphabetical", "complexity", and "trending"
• Access resource links with the question mark icon to the BPL help file guide, BPL Answers group, and the Business Process Suggestion/Submission Form
• View simple examples of standard process design practices in a new category - "Design Patterns"

Note: Each process is marked with a complexity level I, II, and III. Complexity level I processes are Forms-only processes with a limited number of user tasks. Complexity level II processes include several user tasks and may also include a Laserfiche Workflow process. Complexity level III processes may involve multiple Forms and Workflow processes and include additional documentation when downloaded. The green check mark indicates trending processes that have been the most downloaded in the last 30 days.
