Question

Quick fields agent + given key was not present in dictionary

asked on February 14, 2017 Show version history

I am getting an error in Quick Fields Agent. It says " given key was not present in dictionary". I get the same error for all my sessions. Any idea please?

Thanks

Priya

What is the full text of the error? Are there any errors when you run the session manually in Quick Fields? Does the processing seem to be working as expected other than showing this error?

Below is the full text. I do not get any errors when I manually run it. The processing works fine other than I see this error in Quick Fields Agent:

Thanks

Priya

From the information provided, it looks like you're seeing an issue (reference #151540) that was introduced in Quick Fields 10. A fix for this issue will be in Quick Fields 10.1, which is scheduled to be released within the next couple of weeks. For now, you can simply ignore the error.

We upgraded our Quick Fields from 9 to 10. Is it possible that this error is because of the upgrade please?

Thanks
